Bridge Mentoring provides an online platform for learning and practicing the card game of bridge through interactive sessions with experienced mentors. The Service includes video conferencing, real-time gameplay, and educational content.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Some sessions require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds may be requested up to 24 hours before a scheduled session begins. No refunds will be provided for sessions that have already started.

5. Code of Conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat all participants with respect and courtesy
• Not use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language
• Not disrupt sessions or interfere with other users' learning
• Not attempt to cheat or use unauthorized assistance
• Not share account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bridge Mentoring and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bridge Mentoring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
